Welcome to Baaba. By downloading, accessing, or using the Baaba mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") with Baaba Team ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
Join Baaba, the vibrant community dedicated to runners and fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Whether you are training for your first 5K or you are an experienced marathon runner, Baaba connects you with like-minded individuals who share your passion for the track and trail.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy, including the use of location data (when authorized by you) and the processing of photos.
You agree not to use the App to:
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Post, upload, or share abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the App.
6A. User-Generated Content and Safety
Zero Tolerance Policy
Baaba has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, hateful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content or behavior. Users may not post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Content Moderation and Filtering
Baaba uses automated filtering tools and moderation review to help detect and prevent objectionable content. All user-generated content may be reviewed for compliance with this Agreement and our Community Guidelines.
Reporting and Blocking
Baaba provides in-app tools that allow users to report (flag) objectionable content and to block abusive users. When a user is blocked, their content will be immediately removed from the reporting user’s feed, and the report will be sent to Baaba for moderation review.
Content Removal and Account Enforcement
Baaba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content and to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate this Agreement or our Community Guidelines, including in response to user reports.
Response Time
Baaba aims to review and take appropriate action on reported objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing violating content and suspending or terminating users who repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Baaba Team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, including the posting of objectionable or abusive content, or for any behavior that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Baaba Team expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baaba Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
